采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等多种分离方法从药用植物莲叶桐科青藤属植物心叶青藤茎的体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个酚类化合物.根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据分析,将其分别鉴定为toddaculine(1),pentadienoic acid A(2),pentadienoic acid B(3),8-hydroxycarvacrol(4),8-ethoxythymol(5),(1S)-methoxy-1-(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)ethane(6),4-ethyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenol(7),P-ethylguaiacol(8),4-methylresorcinol(9),2,6-dimethoxy-4-methylphenol(10),ethyl 4’-hydroxyphenylacetate(11).所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.
