采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机进行了钛合金(TA4)的相变超塑性焊接工艺研究及接头性能分析。试验表明,利用相变诱发的超塑性进行钛合金的固相焊接是可行的,接头强度接近基体强度。
The phase transition superplastic welding process of titanium alloy (TA4) and the joint performance analysis were carried out by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine. Experiments show that the use of phase transition-induced superplasticity of titanium alloy is feasible solid-state welding, joint strength close to the matrix strength.
