败血症,类似中医的“疔疮走黄”“疽毒内陷”“毒邪内攻”等证。几年来,我们以辨证施治为主,配合西药治疗,效果满意。现就血培养阳性者20例作一分析: 一般资料20例中,男9例,女11例;年龄最大者68岁,最小者7岁,其中10岁以下4例,11～20岁4例,21～30岁5例,31～40岁3例,41～50岁3例,51岁以上1例。临床表现为疔疮走黄者11例,有头疽内陷者5例,流注3例,严重灼伤1例;血培养金黄色葡 Septicemia, similar to traditional Chinese medicine, “Hemorrhoids go yellow,” “intoxication relegation,” “toxic evil in the attack,” and other evidence.
