有位新闻学教授在报上写了篇《中国人与中国文》,用几个病句说明青年编辑、记者在语言基本功方面素质差。教授对青年的关心溢于言表,对维护汉语的规范,也是至诚的。然而,我认真拜读后,发现千把字中,可能由于疏忽,病句竟也有几处。这不禁使我怀疑他所举的那些病句全出自青年笔下,抑或也有“非青年”的疏忽。限于篇幅,仅举两例。一,“须知报刊、广播、电视的语言,本来应当是规范化的,足以为人表率。”“语言”怎么能“为人表率”呢?二,
