目的:探讨藿香、陈皮药对对抗抑郁药物马普替林引起的胃肠蠕动减弱的改善作用,及该药对对马普替林抗抑郁疗效的增强作用。方法:采取小鼠肠推胃排实验,以胃酚红残留率和肠推进百分率为指标,考察藿香、陈皮药对对马普替林引起的胃肠蠕动功能减弱的改善作用;采用慢性应激大鼠抑郁模型,以大鼠体重变化率、1%糖水偏好率、行为学中水平运动次数和垂直运动次数为指标,考察藿香、陈皮药对对马普替林抗抑郁疗效的增强作用。结果:藿香、陈皮药对能够显著缓解马普替林引起的胃肠蠕动障碍,增加小肠推进率,降低胃酚红残留率,与马普替林组比较有显著性差异;藿香、陈皮药对能够增强马普替林抗抑郁作用,提高慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠体重、1%糖水偏好率及自发活动次数。结论:藿香、陈皮药对能够有效缓解马普替林对胃肠道蠕动的抑制作用,并增强马普替林的抗抑郁疗效。
Objective: To investigate the role of Agastache rugosae and dried tangerine peel in improving the weakened gastrointestinal motility caused by mapbradin, an antidepressant drug, and its antiproliferative effects on maprotiline. Methods: Intestinal gastrectomy was used in mice to observe the effects of Agastache rugosae and dried tangerine peel on the mitigating effect of Maprotiline on gastrointestinal motility, using the residual rate of gastric phenolphthalein and the percentage of intestinal propulsion. The model of depression in rats was used to evaluate the effect of Agkistrodon pubescens and Tangerin on the antidepressive effects of maprotiline in rats by the rate of change of body weight, 1% preference of sugar, the number of horizontal movement and the number of vertical movement in behavior. . Results: Agastache rugosa and dried tangerine peel could significantly relieve the irritable gastrointestinal motility caused by maprotiline, increase the small intestine propulsion rate and reduce the residual rate of gastric phenolphthalein, which was significantly different from that of maprotiline Herbal pair can enhance the antidepressant effect of maprotiline and increase the body weight, 1% preference rate and spontaneous activity of rats in chronic stress depression model. Conclusion: Agastache rugosa and dried tangerine peel can effectively relieve the inhibitory effects of maprotiline on gastrointestinal motility and enhance the antidepressant efficacy of maprotiline.
