日前,受国家环境保护部委托,中国科学院农业政策研究中心贾相平博导和周克博士莅临湖北宜都市,对宜都市实施“中国含滴滴涕三氯杀螨醇生产控制及综合虫害管理技术应用全额示范项目”有关情况进行了检查,重点对该项目的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益作出初步评估,为竣工验收提供了科学依据。2009年,环保部将该市纳入“中国含滴滴涕三氯杀螨醇生产控制及综合虫害管理技术应用全额示范项目”三个示范县市之一,旨在通过承担重大植保课题,推广IPM(三氯杀螨醇替代和工艺改进示范)技术,全面开展技术培训和示范引导、强化市场监管,实现三氯杀螨醇全面替代。
