随着我国当今钢铁生产企业的大型化、现代化,生产过程越来越高速化、连续化、自动化,对钢铁五大元素化学分析提出了更高的要求,迫切需要实现分析检验的自动化。碳、硫燃烧——气体容量法和硅、锰、磷三元素光度比色法的自动化学分析法联合测定,使钢铁五大元素的化学分析达到了快速自动、准确灵敏、简便高效,确保了分析质量。为此,钢铁五元素的自动化学分析如在分析样品的制取采集、仪器的分析检测、信息传输等环节都实现自动化,那么分析检测会更适时有效、快速、准确地为生产过程和经营管理提供可靠数据。
