分别对6063阳极氧化铝合金实行退火和固溶热处理,分析研究了不同热处理方式对合金的组织及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,退火处理可以使析出相均匀,并且增加析出相数量,降低耐蚀性,放电曲线平稳;固溶处理能够减少阳极合金中析出相数量,增强合金的耐蚀性,电流放电电位减小,且放电更加平稳。通过对比得出,阳极合金材料经过固溶处理会得到更加优越的电化学性能。
The 6063 anodized aluminum alloy was annealed and solution heat treated respectively. The effects of different heat treatment methods on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the alloy were analyzed. The results show that the annealing treatment can make the precipitates phase uniform, increase the amount of precipitates and reduce the corrosion resistance, and the discharge curves are stable. The solution treatment can reduce the amount of precipitates in the anode alloy, enhance the corrosion resistance of the alloy and decrease the current discharge potential , And the discharge is more stable. By contrast, the anode alloy material after solution treatment will get more superior electrochemical properties.
