本文建立了火焰原子吸收法间接测定食物中植酸含量的方法,对测试条件进行了系统的探讨。该方法的线性范围为0~20μg植酸/ml,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.144μg植酸/ml,相对标准偏差为1.1%~6.6%,15种样品的加标回收率为96.1%~106.1%,该法与消化测磷法的测定结果比较,差异无显著性。该法灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,操作简便再稀释成浓度为10μgP/ml的应用液。1.2.8植酸标准溶液:精确称取0.6641g植酸钾(Sigma公司,含量为95.55%),用水溶解并定容至100ml,其浓度为6mg植酸/ml。用时再用水逐级稀释成浓度为300μg植酸/ml的应用液。1.3分析方法1.3.1原子吸收分光光度计参数分析波长248.2nm,狭缝宽度0.2nm,灯电流5mA,空气流速13.5L/min,C2H2流速2.2L/min,测量方式为面积积分。1.3.2标准曲线的绘制分别取植酸标准应用液(300μg植酸/ml)0.00、2.00、4.00、6.00、8.00、10.00ml于25ml玻璃离心管中,各加入3.00ml铁标准溶液和2.00ml3.5mol/L氯化钠溶液,均加水至15.00ml,?
