加强企业财务管理是当前的热点问题之一。本文根据几年以来的财务实践,结合电信企业的工作重点,提出完善电信企业财务管理的五步法:以预算管理为龙头,确保重点支出;以内控建设为根本,拓宽财务管理的覆盖面;以服务意识为先导,处理好服务与管控的关系;以基础工作为重点,不断提高财务工作质量;以队伍建设为手段,全面提高财务人员素质。
Strengthening financial management of enterprises is one of the hot issues at present. Based on the financial practices of the past several years and the key points of the telecom enterprises, this article proposes a five-step approach to improve the financial management of telecom enterprises: using budget management as a leader and ensuring key expenditures; with internal control as the foundation, broadening the coverage of financial management; Service awareness as a precursor to handle the relationship between service and control; focus on basic work, and constantly improve the quality of financial work; team building as a means to comprehensively improve the quality of financial staff.
