In the beginning of the Zhou Dynasty, the “three supervisors” and the emperor, Yongsheng and WeiWeiwang looked after Zhang Xinbin and Wu Keke and set up the “Three Supervisors” as the first year of the Western Zhou Dynasty. Although there are many historical records, there are divergent opinions and even become a pending case in history. From the perspective of historical geography, the issue of “three supervisors” is directly related to the confirmation of key cities and towns in the Shang and Zhou dynasties, and thus involves the political history of the Western Zhou Dynasty as well as the secession and supervision.
