由于钼能明显改善钢的性能,所以钼合金钢的应用日趋广泛;冶金、铸造行业对铝的需求量也愈来愈大。在钼合金钢的生产中,提供钼的传统原料是钼铁。而生产钼铁的直接原料是氧化钼,这种氧化钼可用“金属热法”或“碳热法”进行还原而制成钼铁,但都要消耗大量的原辅材料和能源。若用氧化钼直接冶炼钼合金钢,必将大大简化生产工艺,节约能源,降低钼合金钢的冶炼成本,具有较高的经济效益。本文就氧化钼的性质,使用方法,钢质量及经济效益作一简要介绍。
