日本东丽开发的碳纤维增强PPS树脂不仅抗拉强度与铝铸件相当,且实现了45%的减重,同时继承了PPS较好的的耐热性、阻燃性和耐化学性。生产所用设备与玻纤增强PPS树脂采用的注塑成型设备无异。与金属材料相比,产品设计更加灵活多变,生产时可采用多种复合成型技术。该产品在量产车、电器和机械制造领域预计将有广泛应用。目前,东丽正在加紧研发面向市场的工业化量产技术。
Toray developed carbon fiber reinforced PPS resin not only tensile strength and aluminum castings equivalent, and to achieve a 45% weight loss, while inheriting the PPS good heat resistance, flame resistance and chemical resistance. Equipment used in production and glass fiber reinforced PPS resin used injection molding equipment is no different. Compared with metal materials, product design is more flexible, the production can be used a variety of composite molding technology. The product is expected to be widely used in the production of cars, appliances and machinery. Currently, Toray is stepping up R & D market-oriented industrial mass production technology.
