目的:观察拟缺香茶菜乙醚和乙酸乙酯提取物的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用乙醚和乙酸乙酯依次提取得到拟缺香茶菜乙醚提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物,采用MTT法测定乙醚提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物对人肝癌细胞株HepG2、人食管癌细胞株EC9706和人乳头状甲状腺癌细胞株TPC-1增殖的抑制作用。结果:拟缺香茶菜乙醚和乙酸乙酯提取物对Hep G2、EC9706和TPC-1细胞均有一定的增殖抑制作用(P均<0.001)。拟缺香茶菜乙醚提取物对HepG2、EC9706和TPC-1细胞的IC50均小于乙酸乙酯提取物对3种细胞的IC50(t=46.038、5.938、5.744,P均<0.05)。结论:拟缺香茶菜乙醚提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物具有显著的体外抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To observe the antitumor effect of extracts of ethyl ether and ethyl acetate from Xiang tea. Methods: Ethyl ether and ethyl acetate were used to extract the ethyl ether extract and the ethyl acetate extract. The effects of ethyl ether extract and ethyl acetate extract on the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2, human esophageal cancer cell Inhibition of proliferation of strain EC9706 and human papillary thyroid carcinoma cell line TPC-1. Results: Extracts of Ethyl Ether and Ethyl Acetate from Xiangcha were inhibited proliferation of Hep G2, EC9706 and TPC-1 cells (all P <0.001). The IC50 of Ethyl Ether Extract of Hepatica Chinensis on HepG2, EC9706 and TPC-1 cells was less than that of ethyl acetate extract on three kinds of cells (t = 46.038,5.938,5.744, P <0.05). Conclusion: The proposed lack of Chaetomium ether extract and ethyl acetate extract has a significant anti-tumor effect in vitro.
