现行无机结合料稳定材料的无侧限抗压强度试验,制件、脱模使用的设备为反力架和千斤顶,试验劳动强度大,操作不方便。通过制造添加传感器等组件和电脑编程改造实验室已有的普通压力机和沥青混合料试件脱模器,将其用于无侧限抗压强度试验的制件、脱模和强度测试,可大大减轻工作强度、提高工作效率,减少试验影响因素带来的变异,并实现试验数据的自动分析和报告的打印输出。
The existing unconfined compressive strength test of inorganic binder material stable materials, parts, demoulding equipment for the reaction frame and jack, test labor intensity, inconvenient operation. Rebuild laboratories’ existing common press and bituminous specimen strippers by manufacturing add-on sensors and computer programs to make parts, mold releases and strength tests for unconfined compressive strength tests. Greatly reduce the intensity of work, improve work efficiency, reduce the variation caused by test factors, and to achieve the automatic analysis of test data and print the report output.
