陕西省第一届农民代表大会胜利地开幕了。这是陕西农民空前大团结的会议,同时又是农民阶级整顿自已的队伍,动员与团结自己的力量,准备消灭地主阶级封建势力,为自己创造幸福生活的会议。在这个会议上,规定了今后农民运动的基本任务,通过了农民协会的组织章程,选出了全省农民的领导机关——省农民协会委员会。并讨论解决了当前农民运动中若干思想问题,为今后发动群众进行土改、反霸、灭租斗争及发展农业生产打下了良好的基础。这是一个胜利的大会,成功的大会。我们表示热烈的祝贺!大会明确规定全省农民的基本任务,是要在今年秋后到明年春耕以前,完成关中四十一个县(市)及榆林分区汉族居住的部份新区的土地改革;在陕南三十个县(市)的新区进行反霸、灭租、清匪、肃特工作;陕北二十余县的老区要大力恢复与发展生产。这是一个伟大的历史任务。要完成这个任务,就必须首先做好干部和群众两方面的准备工作。此次省农代大会,就是为了准备这种群众条件、动员与组织全省农民群众所召开的。而群众准备的主要内容,就是整顿农民队伍,充分发动群 Shaanxi Province, the first peasant congress victory opened.
