我厂一台BQ2020型6m龙门刨床,两平导轨滑动面研伤。床身导轨研伤长度达4800mm,宽170mm,深0.55mm;工作台导轨研伤长度达4900mm,宽170mm,深1.2mm。为此革新了一套自身修理装置(如图1所示)。拖动源采用原机床本身主传动直流电动机加卷扬辊筒(见图2),使进给速度达到无级变速。修复导轨的基准选定在床身V形导轨C的两个面和图1A面处,进行调整和水平测量,在全长12m内平度为0.06mm的精度为宜。

To this end, a set of self-repairing devices has been developed (as shown in Figure 1). Drag source using the original machine itself, the main drive DC motor plus take-up roller (see Figure 2), the feed speed to infinitely variable speed. Fixing the reference of the guide rail The two sides of the V-shaped guide rail C of the bed and the surface of Fig. 1A are to be adjusted and measured horizontally. The accuracy of the flatness of 0.06mm is suitable within 12m of the total length.
