目的研究利用超声微波协同萃取芜菁籽中总黄酮类物质的提取工艺。方法探讨了微波功率,提取液浓度,提取时间,料液比等因素对总黄酮提取效率的影响,并采用L9(34)正交试验确定了最佳提取条件。结果在超声微波协同作用下总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为,提取功率为400 W,提取液为65%(v/v)的乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶20(mg/mL),提取时间为15 min,此条件下芜菁籽中总黄酮的得率为3.03%。结论与传统提取方法相比,该方法具有高效,节能等优点,在中药提取中具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To study the extraction technology of total flavonoids in turnip seeds by ultrasonic microwave. Methods The effects of microwave power, extract concentration, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and other factors on the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids were studied. The optimal extraction conditions were determined by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results The optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids were as follows: extracting 400 W of ethanol and 65% (v / v) ethanol solution at the ratio of 1:20 (mg / mL) The time was 15 min. Under this condition, the yield of total flavonoids in turnip seeds was 3.03%. Conclusion Compared with traditional methods, this method has many advantages, such as high efficiency, energy saving and so on. It has a good prospect in the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine.
