本文论述了以木炭和尿素做为固体软氮化渗剂,以碘为催渗剂进行快速固体软氮化方法的研究成果,在此基础上,对快速固体软氮化的催渗机理进行了探讨;试验表明,该法具有渗速快、硬度高的特点。碘催渗的主要原因是碘原子具有强烈吸附于钢表面的能力,碘的吸附,在钢表面形成显微正电区,促进了碳氮原子的吸附和扩散。碘原子进入渗层,造成基体金属晶格的畸变,使位错密度增加,促进碳氮原子沿位错管道扩散。
In this paper, the research results on the rapid solid nitrocarburizing method using charcoal and urea as solid nitrocarburizing agents and iodine as the penetration enhancer were discussed.
