February 1975 The British Standards Institution published Draft Development Guideline for Evaluating Vibration of Arm System (DD431975). Its purpose is to require both vibration tool designers and users to comply with the “Guidelines” to help reduce the incidence of Vibration Induced White Finger VWF. The subcommittee of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) approaches the form of consent that is slightly different from DD43. It may be clearly beneficial to make some comparative references when evaluating. Originally, people focused their attention on the detailed comparison of vibration parameters and medical data. Its effectiveness is limited. So far, not many people have noticed that vibration measurement is actually a special problem. To allow access to the technical requirements of the limits, it is bound to require the determination of the vibration intensity level of the tool or the workpiece itself. The question of the transfer of energy to the hands as a result of the use of vibrating tools is still under study and has not yet reached the level of inclusion that can be included in the recommendations on the scope of exposure.
