On September 12, Henan Provincial New Type Think Tank Construction and 2016 Annual Development Research Center (Research) Director Symposium was held in Luoyang. The conference was sponsored by the Development and Research Center of Henan Provincial People’s Government, and Luoyang Teachers College and Luoyang Municipal Government Development Research Center contractors. This is the first exchange event of the provincial government consultation and research institution for over 10 years. The theme of the conference is: to strengthen the building of government think tanks in the new situation and promote the work of research centers (laboratories)
