患者,男,43岁,住院号:7249。主诉尿痛、尿流不畅一年,下腹胀痛,尿闭二天,于1983年9月5日入院。家属称其智力低下,性格孤癖,有手淫史。患者一年来先后多次经尿道置入穿有棉线的缝衣针。检查:小腹膨满,阴毛参差不齐,尿道外口有较多脓性分泌物。尿道球部可触及1.5×1×1厘米大小硬块,移动,但不易经尿道取出。置F14号导尿管,引出深黄色尿液,及一长约1.5厘米黑色棉线,外裹灰白色物。保留导尿。尿常规:蛋白+,镜检:白细胞++,红细胞++、脓细胞+、血红蛋白10克％、白血球4700/立方毫米、中性69％。尿路平片发现下腹及盆腔内共6枚缝针样异物影,其中右闭孔处一异物已折 Patient, male, 43 years old, hospital number 7249.
