Objective To study the abnormality of sex chromosome copy number in lung cancer cells. Methods Fresh lung cancer specimens were used for printing. The number of X and Y chromosomes in 16 lung cancer specimens (including 12 male and 4 female) was measured by dual-color fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Testing. The results showed that 12/16 (75%) specimens had an increased number of X chromosomes, including 3 females and 9 males; in 12 males, 1 had an increase in the number of Y chromosomes and 5 (41). .7%) The number of Y chromosomes decreased. The total number of cases with abnormal sex chromosomes was 13 cases, accounting for 81.25% of 16 cases. Conclusion The increased frequency of X chromosomes is high in lung cancer and its significance is worthy of further study.
