建立了TBM(全断面岩石掘进机)机头架关键部位T形接头焊接仿真有限元模型,利用ANSYS APDL单元生死技术,模拟了CO2保护焊焊缝材料逐步填充的过程,对Q345B厚钢板的T形接头多层多道焊的三维瞬态温度场进行了有限元分析,为焊接残余应力的预估以及焊接工艺规程的制定提供参考。
The finite element model of T-joint welding simulation of the key part of TBM (full face rock tunnel boring machine) was established. By using the life and death technology of ANSYS APDL unit, the process of gradual filling of CO2 welding seam was simulated. The three-dimensional transient temperature field of multi-layer multi-pass welding is analyzed by finite element method, which provides reference for the prediction of welding residual stress and the formulation of welding procedure.
