于2010年1月28日在济南章丘浅井水稻田中进行了小型底栖生物的调查研究。结果表明,稻田冬季小型底栖生物的平均丰度为770±351ind·10·cm-2,平均生物量为692.3μgdwt·10·cm-2。共鉴定出6个小型底栖生物类群。按丰度,自由生活线虫为最优势类群,比例达94.9%;其他类群依次为桡足类、介类、缓步类、寡毛类、甲壳类,线虫分布在5~8cm的比例为40.3%。本研究为进一步了解小型底栖生物群落、种类组成,以及为淡水底栖生态系统结构和功能的深入研究提供参考。
On January 28, 2010, a survey was conducted on meiobenthos in Zhangqiu shallow paddy field in Jinan. The results showed that the average abundance of winter benthic macrobenthos was 770 ± 351ind · 10 · cm-2 and the average biomass was 692.3μgdwt · 10 · cm-2. A total of 6 small benthos were identified. According to the abundance, the free-living nematodes were the dominant groups, accounting for 94.9% of the total. The other groups were copepods, mediators, slow-moving species, oligochaeters, crustaceans and nematodes in the range of 5 ~ . This study provides a reference for further understanding of the microfossil benthic community, its species composition, and in-depth study on the structure and function of freshwater benthic ecosystems.
