利用引进辣椒材料中的不育株,采用测交、连续回交和父本株严格自交,根据育种要求培育综合性状优良的甜椒型不育系2份,辣椒型雄性不育系5份及其7份相应保持系,并筛选4份具有100%恢复率的恢复系。大量测交中发现,大多数甜辣椒品种对该不育源具有较强的保持能力。高代不育系的植株及测交当代种子量等与保持系无明显差异,但不育系花器瘦小、干瘪,花粉粒无或减少,柱头较保持系细而长。利用不育系及保持系去雄同恢复系杂交,后代表现一致。后代遗传特征表明,该雄性不育为质核互作型,细胞核中有一对隐性基因控制不育,大多数辣椒品种对该不育系表现为Nmsms基因型。
In this study, 2 sterile lines of sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) type with excellent comprehensive characters were cultivated by using crossbreeding, continuous backcrossing and strict selfing of male parent plants, and 5 parts of pepper-type male sterile lines And seven corresponding maintainer lines, and screened four restorer lines with a 100% recovery rate. A large number of test found that most sweet pepper varieties have a strong ability to maintain the infertility. There were no significant differences in the number of seedlings and anther maintainer between modern high-yielding CMS lines and contemporary ones. However, the floral organs of the CMS lines were thin and dry with no or less pollen grains. The stigma was thin and long. Use of sterile lines and maintainer lines to restore male lines to restore hybrids, future generations show the same. The genetic characteristics of the offspring showed that the male sterility was a nuclear-type interaction with a pair of recessive genes in the nucleus controlling infertility. Most of the pepper cultivars exhibited Nmsms genotype to the CMS line.
