目的分析上海市2010年含麻疹成分疫苗(Measles-containing Vaccine,MCV)补充免疫活动(Supplementary Immunization Activity,SIA)后1个月和1年,儿童麻疹抗体水平变化,评价SIA的血清学效果。方法在上海市2010年MCV SIA中,按照多阶段分层随机抽样方法,选取8月龄~14岁的研究对象,分别于SIA前、SIA后1个月和1年采集血标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)G,分析抗体的变化情况。结果SIA前、SIA后1个月和1年,分别采集到453人、405人和186人血标本。SIA前麻疹抗体阳性[>200毫国际单位/毫升(mIU/ml)]率为98.23%,几何平均浓度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)为1818.44mIU/ml。SIA后1个月抗体阳性率为100.00%,GMC为4639.85mIU/ml;SIA后1年抗体阳性率为96.24%,GMC为1517.49mIU/ml。经逻辑斯谛(Logistic)回归分析显示,SIA距离上一次接种MCV时间越长,SIA后抗体越倾向于升高。结论 SIA后1个月抗体水平升高明显,而SIA后1年抗体水平又下降到SIA前的水平。
Objective To analyze the changes of measles antibody levels in measles-containing vaccines (measles-containing Vaccine, 2010) at 1 month and 1 year after supplemental immunization activity (SIA) in children and evaluate the serological effects of SIA. Methods In the MCV SIA 2010 in Shanghai, blood samples were collected from the ages of 8 months to 14 years according to a multi-stage stratified random sampling method. The blood samples were collected before SIA and at 1 month and 1 year after SIA respectively. Immunoglobulin immunoglobulin (Ig) G was detected by immunoadsorption assay to analyze the change of antibody. Results SIA, SIA after 1 month and 1 year, were collected 453, 405 and 186 blood samples. Pre-SIA measles antibody positive (> 200 milliwatts / ml) was 98.23% with a Geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) of 1818.44 mIU / ml. The antibody positive rate was 100.00% and the GMC was 4639.85mIU / ml at one month after SIA. The antibody positive rate at one year after SIA was 96.24% and the GMC was 1517.49mIU / ml. Logistic regression analysis showed that the longer the SIA was from the last MCV inoculation, the more the antibodies tended to be elevated after SIA. Conclusions The level of antibody increased significantly one month after SIA, and the level of antibody at one year after SIA decreased to the level before SIA.
