以钛酸了酯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为原料,采用sol-gel法制备T TIO2/PVP纳米复合材料。以原子力显微镜( APM)和红外先谱等测试方法分别研究了薄膜的表面形貌和材料的结构。结果表明,薄膜表面非常光滑,高度差仅为2~5nm左右,在波数1095cm-1处的吸收谱带是由Ti-O的非对称伸缩振动所产生;同时研究了TiO2/PVP的介电常数和光致变色性能。
Tio2 / PVP nanocomposites were prepared by sol-gel method using titanate ester and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as raw materials. The surface morphology and material structure of the films were investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and infrared spectrum analysis. The results show that the surface of the film is very smooth and the height difference is only about 2 ~ 5nm. The absorption band at the wave number of 1095cm-1 is caused by the asymmetric stretching vibration of Ti-O. At the same time, the dielectric constant of TiO2 / PVP And photochromic properties.
