内燃机的发展史已证实:内燃机具有巨大的发展潜力,能持续不断地降低有害物排放、燃油耗和噪声。但是,立法者在不断收紧排放限值,并要求截至2020年逐步把二氧化碳排放限值降至95g/km。这与当今欧洲履行的义务相比,车队的平均燃油耗相当于要降低27%。FEV公司的Pischinger S教授认为:不显著提高动力总成效率,这一目标是不可能达到的。
The history of the development of internal combustion engines has confirmed that internal combustion engines have tremendous potential for development to continuously reduce harmful emissions, fuel consumption and noise. However, lawmakers are constantly tightening their emissions limits and calling for a gradual reduction of the carbon dioxide emission limit to 95 g / km by 2020. This compares with the fleet’s average fuel consumption equivalent to a 27% reduction compared to what Europe has to fulfill today. Professor Pischinger S of FEV believes that this goal can not be achieved without significantly increasing the powertrain efficiency.
