通过对在不同转速下的搅拌过程中桨叶所受的扭矩、压力分布、应力和变形规律进行研究,表明在搅拌过程中,转速越高、越靠近捏合机底部,桨叶所受的压力越大,且压力的极值点出现在桨叶尖部;远心桨的扭矩要大于近心桨;所承受应力也较大,捏合状态时近心桨的相对变形量比远心桨大,且变形不对称,向一侧偏转,最大相对变形处在近心桨底部桨翼的捏合处尖端,远心桨的最大相对变形在桨叶底部桨翼的刮壁处尖端。
