新药心脑通胶囊治疗冠心病的临床效果研究

目的观察新研制中药心脑通胶囊治疗冠心病、心绞痛、气阴两虚症、气虚血瘀症的临床疗效.方法选择符合WTO标准的冠心病稳定型心绞痛病人100例,心脑通胶囊治疗组60例,复方丹参滴丸对照组40例,疗程1个月.观察心绞痛及中医综合证候,心电图、血脂的疗效. 结果两组均能改善心绞痛症状以及降低血脂,但心脑通胶囊组改善中医综合证候疗效显著(P＜0.05).结论心脑通胶囊是治疗冠心病、心绞痛、气阴两虚症、气虚血瘀症的有效中成药.
