采用无血清培养的新生大鼠海马神经细胞,观察锌对脑细胞生长发育的作用。结果表明,锌能促进体外培养海马神经元的神经突起生长,突起数增多;神经元的活存数和神经元胞体的直径和面积增加。用流式细胞术分析证明,神经元总蛋白含量增高。本结果提示,锌对海马神经元的生长发育具有促进作用
Using serum-free cultured neonatal rat hippocampal neurons to observe the effect of zinc on the growth and development of brain cells. The results showed that zinc could promote the neurite growth in hippocampal neurons cultured in vitro, and the number of neurites increased. The survival number of neurons and the diameter and area of neuronal somatic cells increased. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the total neuronal protein content increased. The results suggest that zinc can promote the growth and development of hippocampal neurons
