项目后评价于19世纪30年代产生在美国,随着近年来中石油市场不断向海外市场扩展,国际工程、涉外工程所占市场份额不断提升,工程项目建设也随之从单独行为的简单项目管理模式开始向国际化、现代化、系统化的模式发展,因此加强项目后评价工作力度,总结项目执行过程中的经验及教训,对改进今后涉外项目管理方法是十分有利的。
