本文对珠光体灰口铸铁的静载拉伸、冲击试样断口和旋转弯曲疲劳试样断口的扫描电镜观察结果进行了对比研究,认为断口的微观形貌取决于加载方式。据此提出:珠光体灰口铸铁静载断裂与疲劳断裂可从断口上的石墨暴露率、片状石墨及珠光体组织断裂特征三个方面来判定。在断口微观形貌观察的基础上,对片状石墨和珠光体组织的断裂机理进行了初步探讨。
In this paper, the results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of the static tensile load, the fracture of impact specimen and the fracture of rotating bending fatigue specimen of pearlite gray cast iron were compared. The results show that the microstructure of fracture depends on the loading method. It is thus proposed that the static load fracture and fatigue fracture of pearlite gray cast iron can be judged from three aspects of the graphite exposure rate, the flaky graphite and the pearlite fracture characteristics. Fracture mechanism of flake graphite and pearlite was preliminarily discussed based on the observation of the microstructure of fracture.
