通过小试和中试,采用硫酸亚铁还原/混凝沉淀工艺处理模拟突发性铬污染原水。结果表明,此工艺对突发性铬污染原水的处理效果较好,当原水的Cr6+高达0.5 mg/L、不调节pH、Fe2+/Cr6+值(质量比)为16时,对Cr6+和总铬的去除率均可达100%,且出水的总铁<0.3 mg/L、SO24-远低于250 mg/L,出水水质完全满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求。此方法简单、经济且安全,是切实可行的饮用水原水突发性铬污染应急处理技术。
Through small test and pilot test, ferrous sulfate reduction / coagulation and sedimentation process was used to simulate raw chromium contaminated raw water. The results showed that this process had a good effect on the treatment of raw chromium contaminated raw water. When the raw water Cr6 + was up to 0.5 mg / L, pH and Fe2 + / Cr6 + (mass ratio) were 16, The removal rate can reach 100%, and the total iron effluent <0.3 mg / L, SO24- well below 250 mg / L, the quality of the effluent fully meets the requirements of “drinking water health standard” (GB 5749-2006). This method is simple, economical and safe, it is a feasible emergency drinking water raw chromium pollution emergency treatment technology.
