莱钢集团特殊钢厂大型成材车间原有的加热炉钢坯管理仅依靠人工作业的方式进行,作业方式非常原始,效率低下。加热炉出入炉钢坯由于纯手工作业,无法实现钢坯的电炉炉号、钢种、支数等作业管理,一旦发生混钢事故,由于不同钢种的轧制工艺和加热出口温度不同,往往造成产量上和设备上的损失,后果非常严重。以莱钢特殊钢厂大型车间为例,对加热炉钢坯跟踪管理系统进行探讨。
