目的 :了解我国林可霉素注射液的药物利用以及影响因素。方法 :选取 1997～ 2 0 0 1年全国林可霉素注射液产量的资料和两家综合性医院的处方 ,对林可霉素的使用情况进行分析。结果 :全国林可霉素注射液的产量较大 ,每年约 10亿支左右。从两家综合性医院的处方分析来看 ,二级医院的使用量尤其是大剂量静脉使用量远远大于三级甲等医院。结论 :林可霉素注射液在全国用量较大 ,且超过规定剂量使用较普遍 ,尤其是在级别较低的医院
Objective: To understand the drug utilization and influence factors of lincomycin injection in our country. Methods: The data of the production of national injection of lincomycin and the prescriptions of two general hospitals from 1997 to 2001 were selected to analyze the use of lincomycin. Results: The output of lincomycin injection was large, about 1 billion pieces per year. According to the prescription analysis of the two general hospitals, the use of secondary hospitals, especially high-dose intravenous doses, is far greater than that of tertiary level hospitals. Conclusions: Lincomycin injection is used in a large amount throughout the country and it is more common to use more than the prescribed dose, especially in lower-grade hospitals
