本研究认为教师的职业倦怠不仅会影响其专业发展水平,更会对教师的身心健康造成很大的影响。尤其是在高中阶段,高中教师的职业倦怠现象日趋严重,其主要表现在情感衰竭、人格解体、低成就感等三方面,其中情感衰竭维度表现得最为明显和严重。因此,本文主要从教师个人及其所在组织两方面着手,双管齐下,期望能够缓解职业倦怠的现状。
This study argues that teachers ’burnout will not only affect their professional development, but also have a great impact on teachers’ physical and mental health. Especially in the high school stage, senior high school teachers’ job burnout is worsening day by day. Its main manifestations are emotional exhaustion, disintegration of personality and sense of accomplishment, among which the emotional exhaustion dimension is the most obvious and serious. Therefore, this article mainly from two aspects of the individual teachers and their organizations, two-pronged approach, hoping to ease the status quo of job burnout.
