目的:通过检测跌打丸中三七茎叶特有成分人参皂苷Rb_3,检查是否存在以三七茎叶替代三七投药现象。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,检测跌打丸中非法添加的三七茎叶。结果:共检测市售跌打丸样品多个厂家,近30个批次,其中一个批次检测出人参皂苷Rb_3,其余批次均未检测出。结论:该检测方法能有效抑制、打击跌打丸制剂用三七茎叶替代的替代三七投药行为,完善和提高了跌打丸的质量控制标准。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the presence or absence of Panax Notoginseng Stem, Stem, and Panax notoginseng administration by detecting the ginsenoside Rb_3, a characteristic component of Panax notoginseng stem and leaves, in Beidai Wan. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography, we detected the stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng that were illegally added in Beidiwan. Results: A total of nearly 30 batches of samples were tested, including ginsenoside Rb_3 in one batch and none in the other batches. CONCLUSION: This method can effectively inhibit and prevent the substituting action of Panax pill with Panax notoginseng and Panax notoginseng, and improve and improve the quality control standard.
