钙是蔬菜作物主要营养元素之一,以果胶酸钙的形态构成细胞壁的中胶层。是植物体内一些酶的组成成分和活化剂,有助于细胞膜的稳定性,促进K~+的吸收,延缓细胞衰老,增加植物的抗逆性等。钙是以Ca~(2+)的形式被植物吸收。植株只能通过根尖吸收钙离子。虽然有时土壤含钙丰富,但植株吸收速度和数量仍较小,而且Ca~(2+)在植株体内移动性较小,蔬菜是需钙较多的作物,所以常出现缺钙症状。
Calcium is one of the main nutrition elements of vegetable crops, and the form of calcium pectinate constitutes the middle glue layer of the cell wall. It is the composition and activator of some enzymes in plants, which helps the stability of cell membrane, promote the absorption of K ~ +, delay cellular senescence and increase plant stress resistance. Calcium is absorbed by plants in the form of Ca ~ (2+). Plants can only absorb calcium ions through the root tips. Although the soil is sometimes rich in calcium, the speed and quantity of plant absorption is still small. Ca 2+ is less mobile in plants and vegetables are more calcium-requiring crops. Therefore, calcium deficiency often occurs.
