甲氰咪呱问世以来,多用于治疗消化性溃疡,对促进溃疡的愈合和上消化道出血有较好的疗效,但对急性胃炎效果如何,文献报道不多.我院1992年4月～10月采用甲氰咪呱快速静点,疗效满意,报告如下.1 临床资料我院共收治的62例急性胃炎患者,男40人,女22人,男女比例为2:1.年龄最大39岁,最小17岁.平均年龄33岁.62名患者,既往均健康,无溃疡病及慢性胃炎病史.随机分为治疗组32人,对照组30人治疗组急诊胃镜检查23例,对照组急诊胃镜检查18例,全组病例均为单纯性胃炎.
