目的了解乌鲁木齐地区1岁~12岁儿童VitB_(12)水平及不同民族儿童间VitB_(12)水平的差异,为儿童VitB_(12)缺乏的预防和营养性贫血的治疗提供依据。方法采集2014年4月-12月来本院进行健康体检的207名1岁~12岁儿童外周静脉血,按年龄和民族分组,经Beckman-coulter ACCESS 2全自动微粒子化学发光免疫分析仪检测所有研究对象血清VitB_(12)水平。结果 207名儿童血清VitB_(12)平均水平为593 pg/ml,VitB_(12)缺乏检出率为1.9%,边缘性缺乏检出率为4.3%;<3岁、3岁~6岁、7岁~12岁各年龄组血清VitB_(12)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别儿童VitB_(12)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同民族儿童VitB_(12)总体水平中哈萨克族儿童高于其他民族儿童,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐地区1岁~12岁儿童VitB_(12)水平能够满足生长发育的需要,各民族儿童应合理饮食,均衡营养,降低儿童VitB_(12)缺乏的发生。
Objective To understand the differences of VitB 12 levels in children aged 1 ~ 12 years and VitB 12 levels in different ethnic groups in Urumqi, and to provide basis for the prevention of VitB 12 deficiency and nutritional anemia in children. Methods Peripheral venous blood samples of 207 children aged 1 to 12 years from April 2014 to December 2014 were collected and analyzed by Beckman-coulter ACCESS 2 automatic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer according to their ages and nationalities. Serum VitB_ (12) levels were studied. Results The average serum VitB_ (12) level of 207 children was 593 pg / ml, the detection rate of VitB_ (12) deficiency was 1.9% and the detection rate of borderline deficiency was 4.3%. The average prevalence of VitB_ (12) There was no significant difference in the serum levels of VitB_ (12) between the age of 12 and the age of 12 (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in VitB_ (12) between children of different ages (P> 0.05) The overall level of Kazakh children than other ethnic children, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The level of VitB_ (12) in children aged 1 ~ 12 years in Urumqi can meet the needs of growth and development. Children of all nationalities should rationally diet and balanced nutrition to reduce the incidence of VitB_ (12) deficiency in children.
