本文详细介绍了企业业务流程重组的两种主要方法——系统化改造法和全新设计法,并对二者的优缺点进行了对比性的分析。结合企业业务流程重组的失败经验,本文认为企业进行业务流程重组,应该采取两种重组方法相结合的方式。企业应在系统分析各个现有流程的基础上,根据各个流程的特点选取其合适的重组方法。
This article introduces two main methods of enterprise business process reorganization: Systematic reformation method and new design method, and makes a comparative analysis on their advantages and disadvantages. Combined with the failure of business process reengineering experience, this paper believes that business processes reorganization, should take two ways to combine reorganization. Enterprises should systematically analyze each existing process based on the characteristics of each process to select the appropriate restructuring method.
