自一九六四年十一月一日毛主席提出开展群众性设计革命运动的号召以来,我部广大科研设计人员热烈响应这一伟大号召。近两年来,各级领导和研究设计人员高举毛泽东思想伟大红旗,深入林区、深入工厂,调查研究,蹲点试验;坚持了研究设计、制造、使用单位三结合,领导、技术人员、工人三结合,科研、教学、生产单位三结合,取得了较大的成绩,得到了不少的经验和教训。在研究设计过程中,他们坚持了奋发图强、自力更生的原则,把独创和学习外国的先进经验结合起来,敢于打破洋框框,敢于斗倒本本主义和个人主义,决心走出一条中国式的林业机械化道路来。这就大大地推进了我国林业机械产品设计工作的开展。目前,我部很多工厂和研究设计单位已经开展了设计革命运动。各单位就过去的一些产品设计作为“麻雀”进行了解剖,总结了许多成功的经验和失几的教训。为了帮助大家了解我部机械产品设计革命运动的情况,交流产品设计中的经验教训,本刊从这一期开始特增设“产品设计革命化”专栏。本期介绍了有关IG72F六马力汽油机研究设计中的主要经验教训,供同志们参考。希望各有关单位能及时地把你们在设计革命中总结出来的经验教训寄给我们,以共同努力,把本栏办好,达到互相交流、互相促进、共同提高的目的,把产品设计革命运动推向新的高潮
Since Chairman Mao proposed the call for a mass design revolutionary movement on November 1, 1964, the majority of scientific research and design personnel of our department have responded enthusiastically to this great call. In the past two years, leaders and research designers at various levels have held high the great red flag of Mao Zedong Thought, went deep into the forest area, went deep into the factory, investigated and researched, and experimented with defects; adhered to the three combinations of research and design, manufacture, and use of units; leadership, technical personnel, and workers combined The combination of scientific research, teaching and production units has achieved great results and gained a lot of experience and lessons. In the process of research and design, they adhered to the principle of strenuous efforts and self-reliance, combined the advanced experience of original creation and foreign learning, dared to break the foreign framework, dared to defeat the book and individualism, and resolved to embark on a Chinese-style mechanization of forestry. . This greatly promoted the development of China’s forestry machinery product design work. At present, many factories and research and design institutes in our department have launched a design revolutionary movement. Various units have dissected the “sparrows” of past product designs and summarized many successful experiences and lessons learned. In order to help people understand the situation of our department’s mechanical product design revolutionary movement and exchange experiences and lessons in product design, we have added a special “Product Design Revolutionization” column from this issue. This edition introduces the main lessons learned in the research and design of the IG72F six-horsepower gasoline engine for reference by comrades.
