2000年6月15日~7月15日,某部在强化训练期间,由于天气炎热,训练强度大,先后共发生运动性血尿13例,发生率为20.0%(13/65),报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组13例,均为男性,年龄19~22岁。运动性血尿为单纯性肉眼血尿,均发生在武装5公里越野训练后,多为1~2次血尿,休息后血尿消失。血尿出现于强化训练开始1周后,其中每次训练后出现血尿10例,间断性血尿3例;南方籍9例(25.7%),北方籍4例(13.3%);入伍1年以内10例(40.0%),1年以上3例(7.5%);城市兵9例(45.0%),农村兵4例(8.9%);13例均否认泌尿系疾病史。
From June 15, 2000 to July 15, 2000, 13 cases of locomotor hematuria occurred in a certain department during intensive training due to the hot weather and heavy training intensity. Hematuria occurred one week after intensive training. Among them, 10 cases of hematuria and 3 cases of intermittent hematuria were found after each training. 9 cases (25.7%) were from South China and 13.3% were from North (10 cases) (40.0%), 3 cases (7.5%) more than 1 year; 9 urban soldiers (45.0%) and 4 rural soldiers (8.9%); all 13 patients denied the history of urological diseases.
