学前教育专业中高职衔接既是幼教师资培养的需要,也是经济社会发展和教育改革的需要。培养优质的幼教师资,让学龄前儿童接受良好的教育是提高整体国民素质的基础。中高职衔接主要体现在四个方面的衔接:人才培养目标和规格的衔接;专业设置的衔接;专业课程和教学内容的衔接;教育管理体系的衔接。 The interface between secondary and advanced vocational education in pre-primary education is not only the need for the training of teachers for kindergarten teachers, but also the need for economic and social development and education reform. Developing quality preschool teachers and giving pre-school children a good education is the basis for improving the overall quality of the nation. The connection between higher vocational education is mainly reflected in four aspects of convergence: the convergence of talent training objectives and specifications; the convergence of professional settings; the convergence of specialized courses and teaching contents; the convergence of education management system.
