关于马铃薯无病毒种薯生产及其利用的研究

马铃薯的退化原因是被病毒侵染所致.病毒侵染植株后通过块茎世代传播,积累,导致产量逐年下降。病毒在马铃薯体内的分布是不均匀的,在生长点的尖端0.1~0.3毫米以内没有病毒或病毒含量很低.在无菌操作条件下,分离培养生长点尖端组织形成完整植株,经病毒鉴定确认无毒,获得无病毒的马铃薯植株和种薯。黑龙江省克山农科所从1973年开始搞这项工作,先后进行了利用生长点组织培养无病毒植 The reason for the degradation of potato is caused by virus infection, which spreads and accumulates through the tubers after it infects plants, resulting in a declining output.
