针对中职师资培训中针对性不强、内容泛化、方式单一、实效性弱化等问题,成果以中职师资专业发展为出发点,根据不同培训对象的特点,研究开发了师德素质、教学能力、专业技术、教改教研、教育技术、德育课、民族文化、学校管理、班主任工作等9个类别的培训课程;公开出版发行16本培训专著;创建了“研究—实训—应用”的培训方式。经过5年实践取得明显成效,惠及广西180多所中职学校、1万多名教师及区外众多中职教师。
