记得读苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》时,其中有一条建议是关于如何转换差生的,该建议主张通过扩大差生的阅读面来提高他们的学习成绩。作者已经通过实践证明了它的切实可行。差生成绩的提高要依赖阅读,优生学业的再提高又何尝不是依赖阅读?阅读与学生的成绩和健康成长有着千丝万缕的联系。阅读与学生学业的正比例关系更不容忽视。笔者曾教过这样一个学生,自入学到初中毕业,每一次考试都能轻松取得年级第一,而且比第二名高出一大截。从教十几年第一次遇到如此学习成绩稳定的学生,笔者很是奇怪,忍不住对把他请到办公室想问个究竟。
When I read Suhomlinski’s “Suggestions for Teachers,” one of my suggestions was how to convert poor students. This proposal advocates improving their academic performance by expanding the reading surface of poor students. The author has proved its practicality through practice. The improvement of students with poor performance depends on reading, and the improvement of eugenics is not dependent on reading. There is a close connection between reading and student achievement and healthy growth. The proportional relationship between reading and student education is even more important. The author once taught such a student. After entering the middle school and graduating from junior high school, he can easily achieve the first grade in each exam, and he is a lot taller than the second. For the first time in more than ten years when I encountered such a student with stable academic performance, the author was very strange and couldn’t resist asking him to ask him to the office.
