为观察洗手对乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)的清除效果,我们以固相放射免疫法(SPRIA)进行了检测。试验时,对每个受试者取血标本以及洗手前、后手的采样液各一份。收集采样液时,先在灭菌方盘内倒入20 ml无菌生理盐水,用棉球沾水擦洗一只手的腕关节以下全部皮肤及指甲缝。将采样液倒入离心管中,离心(3000 rpm)10分钟。取上清液装入小烧杯,用电扇吹风,使蒸发浓缩至1 ml。浓缩液置无菌标
To observe the scrubbing effect of handwashing on hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), we tested it by solid-phase radioimmunoassay (SPRIA). During the test, a sample of blood was taken from each subject and one sample from each of the hands before and after handwashing. When collecting the sample solution, pour 20 ml of sterile saline into the sterilized plate and wipe all the skin and nails below the wrist with one piece of cotton ball with water.
